  • We request a minimum of 12 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice or don't show, a 50% cancellation fee may be applied.

  • Gift cards can be used for any treatment or to purchase products. Gift cards are to be treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Your gift card cannot be reissued or refunded.

  • If your product arrives faulty or an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team and we’ll assist you.

  • Standard shipping is $7.95 and usually takes 3–5 business days for delivery.
